To get your driving license issued, the following steps can be followed:

1. Make sure you have all your documents ready neatly scanned and with correct size/pixel format before you apply online i.e. Age Proof, Adress Proof, Date of Bith Proof, Passport size photograph, your signature.
2. Apply online for your learner’s license at Home (Home)
3. Make sure all the details are filled accurately and are matching with your scanned document.
4. Get your slot booked for your desired date.
5. Make sure to read all the signs and attempt to go for the mock test without fail as mentioned in the below:

6. Take Print out of all forms including payment acknowledgment, Form 1A, Slot booking confirmation, copies of all original document uploaded.
7. Take your vehicle/car (Though during learning license it is not required only during permanent license but still if recommended to take) with you with ‘L’ sign on the front side and at the back side of your vehicle.
8. Make sure you have all your document ready and up to date i.e. RC, PUC, Insurance
9. Reach to the RTO office on the given time (Counter 12 unless changed) with your original documents which you have scanned earlier and other documents as mentioned in above
10. Once they verify all of your documents then they will proceed to take your photo and your signature on a digital camera and on a digital pad
11. Once done then you will be sent to another counter ( Counter# 20 unless changed) to appear for online LL test, there you will be given 15 questions with 30 seconds time for each question to attempt.
12. In order to pass the test, you have to get 9 answers at least correct.
13. Once the test is passed you will get your LL ready latest by the next day.
14. Take the print out by your location and enjoy the driving.
14. Post 1 month you can now attempt for permanent driving license.
